The project is led by Martin Yovchevski and developed around the practical needs of schools, universities, teachers and institutional leaders in Bulgaria.
The product philosophy is straightforward: technology should surface evidence, make complex cases easier to review and preserve due process. It should not replace academic judgement.
That is why the platform invests in Bulgarian-language support, transparent reporting, privacy safeguards, operational resilience and tools that help institutions document their own decisions.
