Terms for using Unplag.bg

Unplag.bg provides tools for document analysis, academic-integrity review, reporting, training and institutional administration. Available modules and limits depend on the purchased plan or institutional agreement.

Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use the service only within their authorised role. Institutions manage their members, permissions and lawful basis for submitted content.

You must have the right and lawful basis to submit a document. Ownership does not transfer to Unplag.bg. Limited processing rights are granted only as needed to provide, secure and improve the contracted service under the applicable terms.

Similarity, AI-writing and other automated indicators are probabilistic evidence, not proof of misconduct. A qualified person must examine sources, context, policy and any student response before making a consequential decision.

Users must not test unlawful content, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, misuse another person’s data, reverse engineer protected systems or use reports to make unsupported automated accusations.

Fees, usage volumes, implementation scope, payment terms and renewal conditions are stated in the applicable proposal, order or institutional agreement. Consumer-specific rights apply where legally relevant.

The service is operated with reasonable professional care, but uninterrupted availability and perfect detection cannot be guaranteed. Liability is governed by mandatory law and the applicable Bulgarian terms or signed institutional agreement.

The Bulgarian terms are the authoritative version and are governed by Bulgarian law, without limiting mandatory rights. Questions may be sent to office@unplag.info.
